The Clermont Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is accepting bids for the East Fork Riparian Reserve Stream and Floodplain Restoration Project. Separate sealed bids will be received by Clermont SWCD, P.O. Box 549, 1000 Locust Street, Owensville, Ohio 45160, until 2:00 PM Local Time on Friday, February 10, 2023 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Multi Purpose Building on the Clermont County Fairgrounds, 1000 Locust Street, Owensville, Ohio 45160. Work under this Project is generally defined as relocating and restoring approximately 1,100 linear feet of stream channel, restoration of the floodplain including the construction of six pocket wetlands, and the construction of an additional upland wetland.

Important Change: Due to expected inclement weather, the date of the Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting has been changed from January 25 to Tuesday, January 31, located at 864 Webertown Road, Lynchburg, Ohio 45142, at 1:00 PM Local Time. The date change is listed below in Addendum #2.
