Stormwater Regulations Workshop for Developers

Clermont Soil & Water and the Clermont County Building Inspection Department are co-hosting a workshop on the county’s Water Management & Sediment Control (WMSC) regulations for members of the development community, including homebuilders, design engineers and building contractors. The goals of the workshop are to educate all attendees about the WMSC regulations and the inspection process in Clermont County. Attendees will learn about the WMSC permitting process, what to expect during inspections, how violations are handled, what is required for final approvals and the record plat process. The overall goal is to increase understanding, transparency and increase cooperation between all parties.
