Clermont County Soil and Water strives to improve and sustain soil and water quality in Clermont County, Ohio. Established by a local election in 1943, CCSW has blossomed into a multifaceted agency that works with rural, suburban and urban landowners. We provide stormwater and agricultural services as well as grants and cost-share funding, educational resources and programming, alongside various other resources.
