Cloverlick Creek Dam Removal Project

Clermont SWCD and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources are assisting the Village of Bethel with the removal of a low-head dam located on Cloverlick Creek in southern Clermont County.  GEI is serving as the Criteria Engineer for the project.  Project partners have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Design-Build (D-B) services.  Interested D-B teams should review the RFP Criteria Document and Bidding Instructions.

*Note – the RFP proposal due date and guidance on project schedule have been amended.  Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026.  Refer to RFP materials to view the changes to the project schedule.  Also refer to the Questions and Answers document for additional information.
